We work alongside school teams through coaching, modelling, and professional development to build confidence and capability.
We support schools to:
- deepen understanding of pupil needs
- adapt teaching approaches effectively
- embed communication-friendly and sensory-aware practices
- develop inclusive environments and meaningful adjustments
- use emotionally literate, relational approaches
- plan for small-step, meaningful progress
