The SENCo Hub
Welcome to the SENCo Hub - a dedicated space designed to provide SEND leaders with clarity, practical support and purposeful guidance.
Leading provision for children and young people with SEND is both deeply rewarding and increasingly complex. As a SENCo, you are balancing strategic leadership, classroom practice, staff development, partnership with families, statutory responsibilities and significant administrative demands - often simultaneously.
This hub has been created with that reality in mind.
(SENCo - Becca Lewis Muscliff Primary)

- build confidence and consistency across your whole staff team
- strengthen communication and partnership with families

(SENCo - Sarah Chandler Ad Astra Infants School)
